"From the very first consultation to signing the dotted line, Kelley made the process smooth and efficient. She was very knowledgeable in the local Seattle market and we felt a great sense of comfort with her sense of value in long term ownership." - Allison R.
Kelley started a career in real estate with boutique brokerage Northwest Group (now Compass) right after the bubble burst in 2009. Starting off strong in real estate during the worst possible market is a reminder of the merit of simple hard work and high ethics. With 10 years of experience in the Seattle real estate market, Kelley cares about every client's transaction as if it her her own purchase or sale. She is a researcher at heart, and adapts to quickly advancing technologies to offer her clients the most thorough research results so every decision they make is their best. She also applies her investment knowledge from her UW Foster School Business Degree and service standards from her Sales Certificate from the University of Washington in her career. Clients have called her "supremely organized", "gutsy negotiator", "honest", "always a step ahead" and "simply a lot of fun"!
Kelley is excited to be working with Jessica Schmuland, as her licensed assistant. A university of Washington graduate with a personal background with real estate investing, Jessica joined the team after starting her real estate career at Keller Williams. She adds integral support to managing the seller experience, whether it be gathering quotes, meeting and overseeing home prep contractors, ensuring flyers are replenished, and basically being an extension of Kelley to accommodate the ideal client schedule needs.
